All relevant companies, associations or institutions are invited to promote their products, activities and services through the ECT2011 – 9th European Conference on Thermoelectrics, through a variety of sponsorships:
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
- A TRADE-EXHIBITION where companies, associations or institutions will have the opportunity to present and promote their products and activities. The exhibition will be arranged so as to be located at vital meeting and crossing points for all delegates. Poster presentations as well as coffee breaks will take place in the same area.
- Advertisement on PRINTED OR ELECTRONIC MATERIAL. Different advertising options will be available in different materials, such as the hard copy volume with the abstracts and the conference programme and/or the CD with the full papers.
- Advertisement on the CONFERENCE WEBSITE. There will be a reference to all sponsors in the official website. In additional to that, sponsors wishing further promotion may request this sponsorship option which places the sponsor’s e-banner at a prominent spot on the website.
- Sponsorship of VARIOUS SOCIAL EVENTS (opening ceremony, gala dinner, etc.). The sponsor’s logo will appear on invitations, menus, banner (where the event will take place) as well as a reference of the sponsorship in the general printed material of the Conference (e.g. Conference programme, abstract volume).
- Sponsorship of the COFFEE OR LUNCH BREAKS during the Conference. The coffee and lunch coupons distributed to all delegates will include the sponsor’s logo. There is also a possibility for the sponsor’s logo to appear on a banner located in the area where coffee and lunch will be served.
- Sponsorship and advertisement on the DELEGATES BAG. The logo of the relevant sponsor will appear on the bag.
